Robyn has 30 years' experience in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and community-led development, predominantly in local government, including time with central government, primary health and consulting.
Within this time, Robyn has held a number of senior management roles, most recently as the Strategic Partnerships Manager at Porirua City Council leading the city partnerships team, which included key relationships and projects with Iwi, Central Government and community.
Robyn is passionate about amplifying the voice of community to influence and codesign project outcomes. The local government sector has provided a wealth of experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, programme design and review, governance, facility planning and a myriad of projects that have supported community and wellbeing outcomes.
Robyn has been involved in high profile events such as the Rugby World Cup 2011, has supported the development and review of performing arts and community spaces, was relationship manager for the Eastern Porirua Regeneration housing programme and led the development of the Christchurch Red Cross Recovery Strategy, post the 2011 earthquake.
Robyn lives in Wanaka with her partner and is enjoying being back home exploring the southern regions of New Zealand.
